  Lots of dvds, but you have to buy 20 to get the deal and TV shows and sets don't count towards that. Not sure why the 3 Jason Bourne movies don't count as DVDs. I would have rated this store higher, but all the staff acts put out by customers bothering them to buy stuff or ask questions. After shopping for quite sometime to find a large arm full of movies, my kids asked to have some jewelry appraised. Now they are little kids and almost all of it was costume, but the guy seemed mad to have to "deal" with them. After having talked with him beforehand I knew he was going to be unfriendly about it, since I felt like I was really bothering him by asking how much something cost that was not priced. Also they don't seem to care what condition the DVDs were in. Had to find about 30 we wanted to find 20 that might have a chance to play when we got home. I found a TV series with the wrong disc in it and I am pretty sure he was just going to reshelf it after we left, so look at the movies before you buy them. I for one won't be going back because I don't support businesses that treat their paying customers like an inconvenience.

  Atlantic traders was my port in the storm. They have helped me on a few occasions when I needed cash for an emergency situation. We all know banks never actually do private loans and car title loans suck. I am a single mom who has had the worst luck the past year and the team at Atlantic not only were understanding, but treated me like family. Even now I'm working on trying to get my family heirloom (a diamond ring) and had lost my job recently. They have been so fantastic with helping me so I don't lose it forever. Honestly, how many people, let alone pawn brokers, can u say got ur back and are not out for the Almighty dollar? Well Atlantic will not only have your back but will treat you like family. Enough so that you may return sooner then you thought. Xoxo Atlantic!

  Ive bought a number of items, all music instruments and gear, from them over the course of about a year or two now and I have been nothing but pleased. I think they are a little cautious when new people come in because they probably have to deal with alot of strange folks trying to sell them stuff. It's a pawn shop so that comes with the territory. Once the ice was broken I get very good service each time I go in. They have alot of cool stuff and The prices on the items Ive looked at are very reasonable.

  I most certainly will never be shopping back at Atlantic Traders not only rude service but their DVDs and games are overpriced and the owner himself quoted "you don't go into Best Buy asking for a different price" but I didn't walk into a Best Buy which is a retail store, I walked into a PAWNSHOP where everything is USED! "Fauls representation" So even offering a deal where the owner makes a 10-15 dollar profit and lowers his stock still said no "its his store and he well run it the way he wants" so go ahead and run it into the ground.

  I emailed the shop about a boat they had and made them a offer. I received a reply from Russel asking when I could come by for it. I showed up and inspected the boat and found some issues and asked if they would go lower. He raised the price and refused to take the original agreed upon amount. He said he was 'teaching me a lesson'.
